Social Events 2009 Halloween & Bonfire Party Saturday 31st October 2009 Well over 200 people attended RRSC's Halloween and Bonfire party, which was held to raise funds for the Club's Technical Excellence project.  Everyone enjoyed the food, the impressive bonfire and fireworks and the disco afterwards.  RRSC wishes to thank Jacky, her team of young organisers and especially the McCarthys for making this great evening possible.

11 July 2009 - RRSC Summer BBQ and trophy presentation Despite the rainshowers the RRSC Summer BBQ on 11 July was attended by 160 people, our highest turnout yet.  This year the BBQ took place at Wray Common School for the first time. Our Social Secretary Jacky Strange worked hard to organise this brilliant event, and was helped by an enthusiastic team of  parents and swimmers.  RRSC's Paralympic medal-winning swimmer Louise Watkin presented the gleaming new trophies to the swimmers, along with coach Tina Cornelius. Louise's mother Berit took some excellent photographs.  Many thanks to everyone who helped make it such a successful and fun occasion.

24 January 2009 - R&RSC Dinner Dance The annual RRSC dinner dance was held on Saturday 24 January 2009 at the Surrey National Golf Club in Chaldon.
